Realmente están aprendiendo inglés?

Navegando por la red me encuentro con esta pregunta en yahoo respuestas:

Hoy es el cumpleaños de Paco. Paco vive por encima de una tienda. Cada mañana se va a la tienda para ver a su padre. Después de hablar con su padre, que durante cinco minutos, Paco deja por su escuela. Hoy en día su primera clase es la matemática, su próxima clase es la historia y la tercera clase es la música. Aunque Paco le gusta la música, él no puede tocar la flauta. Que no le gusta la geografía, sino que no tiene esa clase de hoy. Él tiene la clase de Inglés después de la música. Después de la escuela, llega a casa y se va a comer con su familia. Paco tiene dos hermanos y una hermana que se llaman Raúl, Juan y Lorena. Paco es el mayorisimo de todos sus hermanos. Juan tiene 17 años y Lorena es de 15 años de edad. Raúl es más joven que Juan y mayores de Lorena. La familia van a su restaurante favorito que se llama “La Marina”, antes de ir a la bolera.

Pero eso es español? Es casi obvio que su maestro o maestra de español apenas conoce el idioma . Como esperan que el muchacho aprenda español si estas son sus bases?

Pero a nuestro problema, no será que está pasando lo mismo con los cursos de inglés en banana-yellownuestro país? los niños en las escuelas están recibiendo clases de maestros capacitados? si sabemos hablar inglés va a ser fácil notarlo, pero si no, seguiremos pensando que todo va bien.
